Job Title : PHC Trainer Consultant

Profession : Psychiatrists/Clinical Psychologist/Psychiatric Nurses

Reports to : IMC Psychiatrist

Duties: Training of Primary Health care workers in mental health

Prepare training materials (slide presentations and handouts) and lectures on specific mental health topics

Carry out training of PHC staff (physicians and nurses) on select days

Coordinate training with other trainers and IMC staff

Prepare and submit reports on training activities after each training

Training conducted will involve 7 days of theoretical training (5 days of basic training and 2 days of advanced/specialized training) over the course of 6-8 weeks

 Qualifications :

Relevant educational background in psychiatry, psychology, or mental health

At least 2 years experience in teaching and training

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
